All the wines produced by our farm follow the Natural Bottle Fermentation method followed by disgorging to remove the fermentation sediment (except for Nuvola Chiara, sold with the sediment).

 

Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro "Ribello" is obtained by natural bottle fermentation and after disgorged to remove the sediment. It is a fresh and young wine, pleasant to sip during meals.

"Sfecciato" is made of best grapes selection from our vineyards on the hills of Castelvetro di Modena. This wine is intense and pleasant, perfect for all those who wish to enjoy a refined product. It is obtained by natural bottle fermentation and after disgorged to remove the sediment.

The "Cavaliere" is a white wine made from our grapes of Sauvignon, Pignoletto and Pinot. The result is a young wine, ready to drink. It is obtained by natural bottle fermentation and after disgorged to remove the sediment.

The "Spumante Brut" is made with our own production Sauvignon, Pignoletto, Pinot, carefully measured in optimal percentages. It is prepared according to the dictates of the Classical Method.
